Return & Exchange


You have 30 days from delivery to decide if an item is right for you. We’ll gladly accept unworn, or any defective merchandise purchased on for return.



Steps are easy to follow:

1. Start your return by clicking here to submit a support ticket. Make sure our team has worked with you on the issue before you send the package.

2. Securely pack the item(s) in a box or envelope of your choice. Please write your order # on the outside of the package.

3. Mail your return package using a traceable carrier.

4. Once we receive your package, we’ll promptly process your return.


Returns will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your Wallet or the same payment account you used for the original purchase per your request.

Returning shipping charges are non-refundable (we do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. delivery).


Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at the moment. We apologize for this inconvenience. If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please send your request to our customer service team, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
